General:
This instrument is a battery powered insulation resistance tester that can be used to measure DC voltage, AC voltage, resistance, on-off, diode and insulation resistance. When measuring insulation resistance, there are four test voltages to choose from: 100V, 250V, 500V and 1000V. This instrument has polarity indication, over range indication, data retention, automatic retention and other functions. It is simple to use and is a precision measuring instrument.
