At TUFZEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not 100% happy with the items you received, you can return most items in new condition within 14 days of receipt.

How to Process a Return:

Contact Us – Reach out to Customer Service on our site with the item(s) you wish to return and your reason.
Package Your Item(s) – Repack the item(s) with the original packaging.
Ship the Package – Drop it off at your local post office.
We typically process returns within 1-2 business days after receiving your package.

Return Conditions:

Timing: Contact us within 14 days from the day you received your order.
Excluded Items: Customized tools, consumable items (such as drill bits or sanding pads), and clearance items cannot be returned.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that have been used, modified, or damaged.
Return Authorization: Returns must be pre-approved by our team; unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
After receiving and inspecting the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. TUFZEN is not responsible for any additional fees such as customs duties, VAT, or return shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Additional Information:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not offer Freight to Collect (FTC) returns; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
