The product works fine and I have no complaints about it. But the delivery in Bulgaria is awful. AliExpress uses a local courier that also handles utility bills, fines, and other services, causing long queues. Their offices are open only during work hours, so to pick up a package you must leave work. You get 7 days to collect it, but waiting times are ridiculous. On my first attempt I gave up after 20 minutes because someone ahead of me needed help with everything. On the second attempt I waited over 30 minutes just to get my package. This is the worst delivery experience I have had. If AliExpress does not change its courier partner in Bulgaria, I will stop ordering.
